Covenants of Correspondent. In addition to any covenants in this Agreement or as set forth in any Transaction Document, Correspondent makes the covenants in Section 603 of the Loan Manual (it being understood that, unless otherwise expressly provided in Section 603 of the Loan Policy Manual, each such covenant is made by Correspondent as of the applicable Purchase Date).
