Coverage BC Building Codes. We will pay up to 10% of the amount of insurance on the Policy Declarations under Coverage A Dwelling Protection to comply with local building codes after covered loss to dwelling or when repair or replacement results in increased cost due to the enforcement of any building codes, ordinances or laws regulating the construction, reconstruction, maintenance, repair or demolition of the dwelling.
