Coverage Under the Collective Agreement During the Probationary Period. During the probationary period provided for in Clause 12.01, an employee is entitled to the advantages provided for in the present Collective Agreement, except as otherwise provided. However, it is acknowledged that in the case of discharge, an employee on probation may not avail himself of the grievance and arbitration procedure.
