Coverage Window. HP Total Care telephone support is available 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Repair calls must be received before 5:00 pm central standard time.

Coverage Window. 4.1 We will endeavour to respond to a Fault Notification within the Coverage Window indicated below: Time Coverage Business Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm Eastern Standard Time and excluding national public holidays Non Business Hours: All other times outside of Business Hours 4.2 If you require emergency support outside of the Coverage Window, you may log priority Faults by calling our helpdesk on 1300 PingCo (746 426). Fault Notification outside of the Coverage Window will be an Additional Service and will attract additional Fees at our Standard Rates.
