Outside of Business Hours. The Helpdesk will only be available to receive reported faults. The target times will not begin until the start of Normal Business Hours on the next Normal Business Day. With the exception of Priority 1 faults, all other priorities which cannot be resolved by the Helpdesk by the end of Normal Business Hours on the Normal Business Day that GBG acknowledges them will be put on hold until the start of Normal Business Hours on the next Normal Business Day.
Outside of Business Hours. Landlord reserves the right to exclude from the Building all persons who are not otherwise authorized by Tenant to enter the Premises.
Outside of Business Hours. Outside of Business Hours, the Helpdesk functionality provided through Chat Support will log the support request and may be able to fix minor software issues remotely. The target times listed in section 3.7 will only commence during Business Hours or the next Business Day.
Outside of Business Hours. Tenant and its employees may access the Building or halls, elevators or stairways in the Building or to the Premises by using the security access card assigned by Landlord. Landlord shall in no case be liable for damages with regard to the admission to or exclusion from the Building of any person. In case of invasion, mob, fire alarm, bomb threat, riot, public excitement, or other commotion, Landlord reserves the right to prevent access to the Building during the continuance of the same by closing of the doors or otherwise, for the safety of the Building occupants and the protection of the Building.
Outside of Business Hours. The Support Ticketing System will be available to receive reported faults outside of Business Hours. The target times will not begin until the start of Business Hours on the next Business Day. Faults that cannot be resolved by the GBG support team by the end of Business Hours on the Business Day that GBG acknowledges them will be put on hold until the start of Business Hours on the next Business Day.
Outside of Business Hours. After hours access to Premises and Licensed Space will be through the inbound scale gate, with a specific gate code designated to NWIC by P&H. NWIC will have access to the Licensed Space via the exterior ladder on the side of the Dryer when accessing the Licensed Space outside of regular Business Hours. NWIC agrees to attempt to contact the designated P&H employee prior to accessing, and upon exiting, the Premises and Licensed Space. The Licensor has designated P&H as the contact for access by texting 000-000-0000 or at other contact coordinates that the Licensor or P&H may provide to NWIC in writing from time to time.
