Coverages Following Loss of Seniority. The provisions of Section 8(a) of this Article to the contrary notwithstanding, if an employee loses seniority under the Collective Bargaining Agreement pursuant to: (a) Paragraphs (54)(c), (54)(d), or (54)(e), all insurance provided under Article II shall cease as of the last day of the month in which seniority is lost; (b) Paragraph (54)(a) or (54)(b), and if such employee is seeking to have seniority reinstated through the grievance procedure established in the Collective Bargaining Agreement, all insurance provided under Article II shall cease as of the last day of the month in which seniority is lost.

The provisions of Section 8(a) Sections 7 and 9 of this Article to the contrary notwithstanding, if an employee loses seniority under the Collective Bargaining Agreement pursuant to: (a) Paragraphs (54)(c), (54)(d), or (54)(e), all insurance Health Care Coverages provided under Article II shall cease as of the last day of the month in which seniority is lost; (b) Paragraph Paragraphs (54)(a) ), (54)(b), (54)(c), (54)(d), or (54)(b54)(e), and if such employee is seeking to have seniority reinstated through the grievance procedure established in the Collective Bargaining Agreement, all insurance Health Care Coverages provided under Article II shall cease as of the last day of the month next following the month in which seniority is lost.

The provisions of Article III, Section 8(a5(a) of this Article to the contrary notwithstanding, if an employee loses seniority under the Collective Bargaining Agreement pursuant to: (a) Paragraphs (54)(c64)(c), (54)(d64)(d), (111)(a), or (54)(e111)(b), all insurance coverages provided under Article II shall cease as of the last day of the month in which seniority is lost; (b) Paragraph (54)(a64)(a) or (54)(b64)(b), and if such employee is seeking to have seniority reinstated through the grievance procedure established in the Collective Bargaining Agreement, all insurance coverages provided under Article II shall cease as of the last day of the month in which seniority is lost.
