COVERED FORMER SPOUSES. Upon the re-marriage of a covered former spouse, said former spouse is no longer eligible for medical coverage through the Town. Covered former spouses must annually sign and return to the Personnel Office an affidavit certifying that they have not re-married, and do not have an alternative health insurance plan available to them through a current employer.
