Covered Home Health Services. Benefits are provided for: A. Continued care and treatment provided by or under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Services of a home health aide, medical social worker or registered dietician may be provided, but must be performed under the supervision of a licensed professional (RN or LPN) nurse.
