Creation and Purpose. The parties hereby create the Ruedi Water and Power Authority (hereinafter “the Authority”) pursuant to the IGA Statute and specifically the provisions of C.R.S. sec. 29-1-203 and 203.5, which sections shall apply to the Authority as a separate legal entity.
