Creation and Territory. The City and the Township hereby create the “Blendon-Westerville Joint Economic Development Zone” and the territory of the zone shall be the real property described and depicted in Exhibit A to this Contract.
Creation and Territory. The City and the Township hereby create the “Xxxxxxxx Township-Reynoldsburg Joint Economic Development District No. 1” consisting of real property described and depicted in Exhibit A to this Contract (the “XXXX Area”).   • Territory 43.1 This Agreement applies to the territory in which Verizon operates as an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Verizon shall be obligated to provide Services under this Agreement only within this territory.
