Creation of New Positions. 3.14.1 The Board shall reserve the right to establish new positions. A new position shall be defined as a position which: (a) is presently not included in this agreement; (b) has responsibilities greater than those of a regular teaching position; (c) has a distinct job description and title; (d) has specific qualifications other than those required for a teaching position. 3.14.2 The salary for a new position shall be negotiated between the duly appointed representatives of the Elementary Local Bargaining Unit and the Board.
