Creative Changes. Agency/Advertiser are permitted to make changes to Ad Materials during the Campaign. If Agency is able to implement the changes itself, Agency will make reasonable efforts to notify Media Company prior to implementing a change. If the Agency is unable to make the changes itself, Media Company shall implement the changes within 48 hours of the Agency’s request, or within such other mutually agreed timeframe.

Creative Changes. 3.1 Publisher may not edit or otherwise modify the Creative or any component thereof which has been supplied by Fluent without Fluent’s prior written consent or as otherwise provided for in the IO; all modifications to Fluent supplied Creatives must be approved by Fluent prior to use. If permitted in the IO, Publisher may use its own Creatives. Such Creatives must comply with the marketing restrictions and creative guidelines set forth in Section 4 and in attached Schedule 1; Fluent may modify the marketing restrictions and creative guidelines from time to time which will take effect when provided in writing to Publisher.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material. Room change may only be made with the written approval of University Housing and is dependent upon space availability, timing of the request, and grounds for transfer.   • Fee Changes On each anniversary date of this Agreement (determined from the “Effective Date” for each Fund as set forth on Appendix IV), the base and/or minimum fees enumerated in Appendix IV attached hereto, may be increased by the change in the Consumer Price Index for the Northeast region (the “CPI”) for the twelve-month period ending with the month preceding such annual anniversary date. Any CPI increases not charged in any given year may be included in prospective CPI fee increases in future years. GFS Agrees to provide the Board prior written notice of any CPI increase.

  • SCOPE CHANGES The Commissioner reserves the right to require, by written order, changes to the scope of the Contract, by altering, adding to or deducting from the Bid Specifications, such changes to be within the general scope of the Contract. If any such change causes an increase or decrease in the cost of, or the time required for, performance of any part of the work under the Contract, whether or not changed by the order, the Commissioner shall, upon notice from Contractor as hereafter stated, make an equitable adjustment in the Contract price, the delivery schedule or both and shall modify the Contract. The Contractor must assert its right to an adjustment under this clause within thirty days from the date of receipt of the written order. However, if the Commissioner decides that the facts justify it, the Commissioner may provide an adjustment without receipt of a proposal. Failure to agree to any adjustment shall be a dispute under the Disputes clause, provided, however, that nothing in this clause shall excuse the Contractor from proceeding with the Contract as changed.
