Common use of Credentialed Instructor of the Course Clause in Contracts

Credentialed Instructor of the Course. A Credentialed Instructor of the Course is an appropriately credentialed instructor who is responsible for the delivery of the curriculum, preparation and grading, communication and interaction with students, and is paid in the same manner as if they were teaching a non-College Credit Plus course at any other College location. Faculty teaching College Credit Plus courses enjoy the same academic freedoms outlined in Article 8.
