Common use of Credentialing and Training Clause in Contracts

Credentialing and Training. To ensure Subdistributor is meeting the highest standards required by Distributor and its Suppliers, Subdistributor shall, during the Term of the Agreement, ensure its Personnel participate in any training programs that Distributor and/or the Supplier may provide from time to time relative to the Products. In addition, the Subdistributor shall be solely responsible for ensuring that its Personnel cooperate with any Customer vendor credentialing requirements which may include, without limitation, Personnel drug screening and criminal background checks.
