Common use of Credentials and Passes Clause in Contracts

Credentials and Passes. The Knicks may issue a reasonable number of passes to photo, press and media, staff, visiting teams, performers (e.g., dance teams and halftime performers), League personnel and any other Person, pursuant to the directions of the Knicks from time to time, permitting such selected persons free access to the Arena for Knicks Events and to specified areas of the Arena normally closed to the public; provided, however, any such issuance is in accordance with League Rules, including, without limitation, the then-prevailing NBA Arena Security Standards (including, as of the Commencement Date, Section V(A) therein) and Licensor’s Arena safety and security protocols.
