Credit and Lease Delivery Requirements. Each of the credit and lease delivery requirements set forth in Section 2.02 to 2.09 of the Master Guarantee Agreement (except Section 2.04(b)(ii) pertaining to interest due to Ex-Im Bank on overdue payments) shall apply to any Transaction under this Agreement as if set forth in full herein.
