Common use of Credit Card Protection Benefit Clause in Contracts

Credit Card Protection Benefit. In the event of a claim is payable under this Policy for the death of the Insured Person as a result of an Accident, the Company will also reimburse the outstanding balance charged to the Insured Person’s credit card(s) as at the date of Accident up to maximum limits stated in the Table of Benefits. However, the Company shall not be liable for any interest accrued or financial charges on the outstanding balance.
