Credit Charges and Credit Investigation. 26.1 Interest on debit balances The monthly debit balances or adjusted balances in your Accounts with us shall be charged, in accordance with our usual custom, with interest at a rate determined by us and permitted by the laws of Hong Kong. It is understood that the interest charge made to your Accounts at the close of a charge period will be added to the opening balance for the next charge period unless paid.
