Transcripting of Credit. For Dual Credit Courses, high school as well as college credit shall be transcripted immediately upon a student’s completion of the performance required in the course.

Transcripting of Credit. A. For dual/concurrent credit courses, college credit will be transcripted upon a student's completion of the performance required in the course.
B. Prior to graduation from high school, a student or high school counselor can request an unofficial transcript of courses taken as dual credit to be released to either the student or the high school.
C. Upon graduation from high school, students must submit an official high school transcript, with date of graduation, before an NTCC transcript will be released to other colleges or universities.
D. NTCC is a fully accredited institution and core academic courses are transferable to any state university in Texas. However, since each college has its own policy regarding the transferability of courses, each student is strongly advised to check with the college which he or she plans to attend, if other than NTCC, to determine the transferability of NTCC courses.
Transcripting of Credit. High School and College credits will be transcribed immediately upon a student’s completion of course(s) each semester. ISD will provide ACC with final transcripts for dual credit students that plan to attend ACC post high school graduation.

For technical and academic dual credit and/or early admission courses which may result in college-level credit, Galveston College will transcript all course work in accordance with the College's normal policies and procedures immediately following the end date of the course. Further, the College agrees to make available in the same manner as it does to its regular college students an official college transcript of credits that may be sent to the college, university, or other location of the student's choice.

For technical and academic early admission or concurrent courses which may result in high school-level credit, the School District will transcript all course work in accordance with the School District's normal policies and procedures immediately following the end date of the course. Further, the School District agrees to make available in the same manner as it does to its other students an official high school transcript that may be sent to other schools, colleges, or locations, as the student so designates.

College credit will be transcripted upon a student’s completion of the course as defined in the current Central Texas College Course Catalog and Central Texas College Student Handbook, and in accordance with the Texas Administrative Code: Title 19, Part 1, Chapter 4, Subchapter D, rule 4.85.
Transcripting of Credit a. The School District must use the correct PEIMS course number and abbreviation for students taking enhanced-context courses for statewide articulation.
b. Articulated courses will count as an advanced measure for the Distinguished Achievement Program.
c. Students will not be charged any fee for transcripting the course.

Transcripting of Credit. The UNIVERSITY will award credit for completed courses which have been approved by SCHOOL DISTRICT for dual credit as indicated in attachment B. All approved courses have been evaluated and approved through the official university undergraduate curriculum committee and in accordance with THECB requirements for the UNIVERSITY and in accordance to TEA requirements for high school graduation by the SCHOOL DISTRICT and shall be taught at a university level. The UNIVERSITY shall maintain permanent student records of university credits earned by students under this agreement and make them available to students following the standard UNIVERSITY process for providing official transcripts.
