Section 125 Plan The Trustees shall continue the Section 125 plan to allow pretax treatment of the employee’s share of health and dental insurance premiums. The plan will be available as soon as practicable, but no later July 1, 1998. The plan will be amended to include a medical reimbursement account and a dependent care reimbursement account to be available for enrollment no earlier than July 1, 2003, but no later than December 31, 2003.
125 Plan The Board will maintain a Section 125 plan for premiums only in addition to a flexible account that includes eligible medical expenses and dependent care expenses with participating employees paying whatever the administrative charge is to run the 125 Plan.
Flex Plan Effective July 1, 2008, the State will offer a medical flexible spending account plan in addition to the dependent care flexible spending account plan. Flexible spending accounts permit employees to payroll deduct a portion of their pay on a pre-tax basis for the payment of qualified medical and dependent care expenses.
SEP Plans Under a simplified employee pension (SEP) plan that meets the requirements of IRC Sec. 408(k), your employer may make contributions to your Traditional IRA. Your employer is required to provide you with information which describes the terms of your employer’s SEP Plan. No SEP plan contributions may be made to a Xxxx XXX.
Sponsorship As required by section 286.25, F.S., if the Provider is a non-governmental organization which sponsors a program financed wholly or in part by State funds, including any funds obtained through this Contract, it shall, in publicizing, advertising, or describing the sponsorship of the program state: “Sponsored by (Provider's name) and the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families”. If the sponsorship reference is in written material, the words “State of Florida, Department of Children and Families” shall appear in at least the same size letters or type as the name of the organization.

THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS This Licensed Software may contain third party software programs (“Third Party Programs”) that are available under open source or free software licenses. This License Agreement does not alter any rights or obligations You may have under those open source or free software licenses. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in such licenses, the disclaimer of warranties and the limitation of liability provisions in this License Agreement shall apply to such Third Party Programs.

TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM A. As part of the University policy to encourage staff members to further their formal education, the Tuition Assistance Program for Employees was established. Under the Tuition Assistance plan, qualified Employees will be issued vouchers which will enable them to register without paying tuition. (Incidental fees, however, must be paid by the Employee.)
Employee Plans Except as provided in Section 4.12, the Assuming Institution shall have no liabilities, obligations or responsibilities under the Failed Bank's health care, bonus, vacation, pension, profit sharing, deferred compensation, 401K or stock purchase plans or similar plans, if any, unless the Receiver and the Assuming Institution agree otherwise subsequent to the date of this Agreement.
