Credit for Compensation. Except as otherwise provided herein or in any other Ancillary Agreement, the compensation paid by Capital Southwest and its Subsidiaries to an Employee shall be credited and recognized for all applicable purposes under the applicable Benefit Plans following the Distribution Date as though it were compensation from CSWI or any of the CSWI Companies, as applicable.
