Credit for Payments. Any payment made upon the outstanding principal balance of the Loan, or the accrued interest thereon, shall be credited as of the Business Day received, provided that such payment is made by Borrower no later than 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time or Pacific Daylight Time, as applicable) and constitutes immediately available funds. Any payment made after such time or which does not constitute immediately available funds shall be credited upon such funds having become unconditionally and immediately available to Lender.
