---CREDIT FOR SERVICE INTERRUPTION. (a) The Licensee shall grant a pro rata credit or rebate to any Subscriber whose Cable Service is interrupted for twenty-four (24) or more consecutive hours, if the interruption was not caused by the Subscriber and the Licensee knew or should have known of the Service interruption. (b) If an entire tier or Premium Service of a Subscriber's Cable Service is interrupted for twenty-four (24) or more consecutive hours, the Licensee shall provide a pro-rata credit or rebate for each tier or Premium Service interruption.
