Credits or Pay During Leaves. (a) Whether full-time or part-time, an employee will continue to earn vacation credits for the first two months of approved leave with pay, WCB leave, illness leave and maternity/parental leave. An employee will not earn vacation credits for any other leaves of more than one month.
