Crew Reduction Notice. The Company agrees prior to any proposed reduction in crew sizes for reasons other than a normal reduction in force or layoff, the Union will be given reasonable notice of such reductions and a meeting of Company representatives and the Union Executive will be called to fully discuss the reasons for the reduction and to allow the Union to present their views prior to any reduction in crew sizes taking place.
