Crew Xxxxxxx. An employee regularly assigned to perform as a Crew Xxxxxxx shall be eligible to receive a bi-weekly differential equivalent to 7.5% of the top step Firefighter Paramedic level. The Crew Xxxxxxx shall oversee wildland crews and operations, including, but not limited to, crew transport, support vehicles, and equipment. Effective October 12, 2019, an employee who meets criteria and is certified as a Crew Xxxxxxx but is not assigned to Crew Xxxxxxx shall be eligible to receive a bi-weekly differential equivalent to 1.5% of the top step Firefighter Paramedic level. County Fire will determine the number of employees that are needed and eligible for this differential.
