Common use of CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION Clause in Contracts

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION. The Board is prohibited from knowingly employing a person who is convicted of committing or attempting to commit certain criminal offenses. In the event it is learned that there has been a prohibited conviction, this contract shall immediately become null and void.
