Criminal Complaints or Charges. Whenever a criminal complaint or charge shall be brought against an Employee of the bargaining unit and such crime is an offense under state or federal law or a traffic violation involving the death or serious injury of a citizen, the following procedure shall be established for obtaining statements in connection with said complaint.
