Common use of Criminal History Check Clause in Contracts

Criminal History Check. The Contractor must arrange for and retain documented results of a criminal history check on a Services Worker obtained through the Services Worker’s local policing agency. Criminal history checks must be repeated as necessary to ensure that at all times the most recent criminal history check on a Services Worker was completed within the previous five years.
