Criminal Intelligence System Operating Procedures. ‌ Any information technology system funded or supported by these funds must comply with 28 CFR Part 23, Criminal Intelligence Systems Operating Policies. Any grant-funded individual responsible for entering information into or retrieving information from an intelligence database must complete continuing education training on operating principles described by 28 CFR Part 23 at least once for each continuous two-year period that the person has responsibility for entering data into or retrieving data from an intelligence database.
