Crisis Situations. 1. In a crisis situation, all certificated personnel shall be utilized in a cooperative effort to maintain safety and security on the campus. This shall be done in an effort to maintain a normal educational program. Under these conditions, assignments shall not be made which are unsafe to any unit member. A crisis situation, for the purpose of this paragraph, is defined as a clear and present danger of physical harm to students and staff.
