Criteria Documents Services. Consistent with the standard of care set forth in this Agreement, Architect and the Architect’s subconsultants shall provide the Criteria Documents Services described in greater detail below. Time is of the essence, as the Utility Building and Cooling Towers must be completed and operational prior to the Notice to Proceed for the construction of the Library, scheduled to occur on or about 11/16/2021. The Criteria Documents will be published in a Request for Proposals (RFP) on or about 7/21/2020 as part of the Design/Build procurement process. The design team will review the Design/Builder’s design and construction documents for compliance with the Criteria Documents and perform Construction Administration services through an estimated Completion Date of the Design-Build contract on or about 8/19/2022. In summary, the Architect and the Architect’s subconsultants shall: Provide Design-Build Criteria Documents required for the District to procure Design/Build services for the design and construction of: (1) a Utility Building to house the main transformer and emergency generator to serve the Library; (2) relocate the Central Plant Cooling Towers, currently in the footprint of the Library, to also occupy the Utility Building; (3) renovate the Central Utility Plant (CUP) that will serve the Library and the rest of the Xxxxx College campus, including a new Building Automation System (BAS),; and (4) define the pathways for the underground utilities connecting the relocated Cooling Towers and the CUP, and the underground conduits connecting the transformer and generator to the Library. The Architect’s scope of work will consist of preparing Criteria Documents for the conceptual design of the Utility Building, and coordination of the work of the subconsultants.

  • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. You must return all cards to the Credit Union. You also agree to notify any participating merchants that authority to make xxxx payment transfers has been revoked. We may also terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing. If we terminate this Agreement, we may notify any participating merchants making preauthorized debits or credits to any of your accounts that this Agreement has been terminated and that we will not accept any further preauthorized transaction instructions. Whether you or the Credit Union terminates this Agreement, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this Agreement for any electronic transactions made prior to termination.
