Criteria Documents. Phases 4 1. Final Criteria Document Package: Finalize Space Program and Requirements into a written “Basis-of-Design” narrative that clearly defines the project scope that can be transmitted to the Design-Build Entity (DBE) during the Request for Proposals (RFP) phase. Typical tasks will include: a. Finalize operational narrative describing staff movement and requirements for each building. b. Finalize typical room requirements and sample layouts if required. c. Finalize adjacency diagrams of each building to identify critical relationships between spaces needed to ensure operational objectives can be met.
Criteria Documents. The term “Criteria Documents” means, but is not limited to, the portions of the Contract Documents the City’s written outline of design requirements, Scope of Work, Project Program, Performance Specifications and schematic drawings.
Criteria Documents. The performance criteria, concept drawings, and other documents prepared by Criteria Architect that set forth the basic scope and needs of the Project, expected cost range, performance and prescriptive requirements such as those relating to quality, durability, longevity, life-cycle, design guide illustrations, and other information deemed necessary to inform interested parties of the contracting opportunity and to establish design standards for the Project. Criteria Documents shall include the level of detail necessary, in Criteria Architect’s professional judgment, to provide a sufficient basis for interested parties to submit proposals for the completed design and construction of the Project.

Criteria Documents (also referred to as Performance Criteria and Concept Drawings) include without limitation the CGL Companies, Inc specifications, narratives, plans, and room data sheets, and define Owner’s Program for the Project, including but not limited to: 1. Size, type, shape, height, configuration, and desired design character of buildings, improvements, appurtenances and Sites. 2. Performance, and in some cases prescriptive specifications, covering the quality of materials, equipment, building components and workmanship, public spaces, landscape design, and general architectural character of the buildings, improvements, appurtenances and Sites. 3. Preliminary plans or building layouts. 4. Site requirements, parking and infrastructure items.
Criteria Documents. Criteria documents may include, but are not limited to, conceptual documents, preliminary drawings, outline specifications, design and performance criteria, and other documents provided to Proposers by the County establishing the Projects basic elements and scale, and their relationship to the Work Site.

Criteria Documents. Produce required Criteria Documents for providing uniform quantitative and qualitative information & direction to DBE teams to establish Bid Pricing (GMP). Information produced is also required for establishing accurate cost estimates prior to issuing. Criteria Documents to include concept representative floorplans, updated outline technical specifications, design narratives, detailed space lists, finishes, interior built-ins, electronic security, data, fire, conceptual lighting, preliminary code reviews, etc. The Criteria Documents are to address the following list of modifications to the existing Juvenile Hall. Criteria Documents. The details listed above, shall comprise the “Criteria Documents”, which will stipulate the specific Basis of Design, Design Criteria, and requirements of the project, to be utilized by the DBE to complete the design and construction of the project under a Design-Build project delivery method. The method of procurement for the Temporary Swing Space project has not been determined at this time.
