Criteria for Acceptability. SELLER shall sell and deliver Product to BUYER that fully conforms to BUYER’s Quality Specifications as provided in APPENDIX C (NO. 2 FUEL OIL QUALITY SPECIFICATIONS) or APPENDIX D (NO. 6 FUEL OIL QUALITY SPECIFICATIONS), as applicable. The quality measurement procedures to be followed by the Parties for determining the quality of the delivered Product are summarized in Section 4.2 for Vessel deliveries and Section 4.3 for Tank Truck and Oil Pipeline deliveries.
