Criteria for Conformity. All the sample shutters when tested shall satisfy the requirements of the tests. The lot shall be declared as conforming to the requirements when numbers of defective sample does not exceed the permissible number given in col. 3 of above Table. If the number of sample shutters found unsatisfactory for a test is one, twice the number of samples initially tested shall be selected and tested for the test. All sample shutters so tested shall satisfy the requirement of the test. If the number of samples found unsatisfactory for a test is two or more, the entire lot shall be considered unsatisfactory. .

Criteria for Conformity. Sub lot shall be considered as conforming to the requirement of the acceptance test if the Nos. of failure found in first samples selected as per Col. No.2 of above table, are up to the No. mentioned in Col.4 If the No of failure is more than or equal to the sample mentioned in Col.5 lot shall be considered as not conforming to the requirement of acceptance and shall be rejected. If the No. of failure is between c1 and c2, a second sample of n2 stay sets shall be selected and subjected to acceptance test. If the number of failure in the two samples sizes (n1+n2) combined is less than c2, the lot shall be considered as conforming to the requirement of acceptance tests otherwise it shall be considered to have failed.

  • Forecasting Requirements for Trunk Provisioning Within ninety (90) days of executing this Agreement, Reconex shall provide Verizon a two (2) year traffic forecast. This initial forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Local Interconnection Trunk groups over the next eight (8) quarters. The forecast shall be updated and provided to Verizon on an as-needed basis but no less frequently than semiannually. All forecasts shall comply with the Verizon CLEC Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide and shall include, at a minimum, Access Carrier Terminal Location (“ACTL”), traffic type (Local Traffic/Toll Traffic, Operator Services, 911, etc.), code (identifies trunk group), A location/Z location (CLLI codes for Reconex-IPs and Verizon-IPs), interface type (e.g., DS1), and trunks in service each year (cumulative).

  • Trunk Forecasting Requirements 14.2.1 Initial trunk forecast requirements. At least ninety (90) days before initiating interconnection in a LATA, Alltel shall provide Verizon a two (2)-year traffic forecast that complies with the Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide, as revised from time to time. This initial traffic forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Interconnection Trunk groups in the LATA over the next eight (8) quarters.

  • Conformity Assessment Procedures 1. Each Party shall give positive consideration to accepting the results of conformity assessment procedures of other Parties, even where those procedures differ from its own, provided it is satisfied that those procedures offer an assurance of conformity with applicable technical regulations or standards equivalent to its own procedures.
