Conformance definition

Conformance means meeting or exceeding the minimum fleet conformance thresholds defined section 95307, Optional Trailer Fleet Compliance Schedules, Tables 1 and 2. A conformance threshold defines the percentage of trailers in a fleet that are required to be compliant in accordance with a large fleet compliance schedule or a small fleet compliance schedule.
Conformance or “conform” have the meaning as used in WCAG 2.0.

Conformance means demonstrable adherence to certification requirements and standards as supported by verification, either through field observation or applicable document review.
