Criteria for Generation. 6.8.3a The SPD will declare the CUF of the Project and will be allowed to revise the same once within first year after COD of the full project capacity. Subsequent to commissioning/part- commissioning of the Project, Buying Entity, in any Contract Year, shall not be obliged to purchase any additional energy from the Buyer/SPD beyond ….. Million kWh (MU) from the Solar Power Project. The above limits shall be considered on pro-rata basis with respect to the individual projects commissioned until commissioning of the entire Project capacity allocated under this Agreement. Further, for the first year of operation, the above limits shall be considered on pro-rata basis.
