Criterion Scoring Rubrics. The Summative score, including the student growth impact rating, must be determined by an analysis of evidence and artifacts. This analysis will be based on a holistic assessment of the teacher’s performance over the course of the year. A preponderance of the evidence will be used to develop the overall criterion scores.
