Common use of CRITICAL SHORTAGE Clause in Contracts

CRITICAL SHORTAGE. In the event the job classification covered by this contract becomes a critical shortage classification, the Superintendent may develop and implement a critical shortage plan for the purpose of hiring and retaining employees in this classification. Before implementing such a plan, the Superintendent will consult and work with the Federation President in developing the plan.
