Common use of CSEA Chapter President Leave Clause in Contracts

CSEA Chapter President Leave. The District agrees to provide the CSEA 29 Chapter President (or his/her designee) up to a total of one thousand forty (1,040) 30 hours of release time per fiscal year to perform the collective business of the District 31 and the Association. CSEA shall reimburse the District for the cost of any substitute 32 used to cover the CSEA Chapter President position during his/her absence. 33

CSEA Chapter President Leave. The District agrees to provide the CSEA 29 Chapter 27 President (or his/her designee) up to a total of one thousand forty (1,040) 30 hours of 28 release time per fiscal year to perform the collective business of the District 31 and the 29 Association. CSEA shall reimburse the District for the cost of any substitute 32 used to 30 cover the CSEA Chapter President position during his/her absence. 3331

CSEA Chapter President Leave. The District agrees to provide the CSEA 29 Chapter 17 President (or his/her designee) up to a total of one thousand forty (1,040) 30 hours of 18 release time per fiscal year to perform the collective business of the District 31 and the 19 Association. CSEA shall reimburse the District for the cost of any substitute 32 used to 20 cover the CSEA Chapter President position during his/her absence. 3321

The District agrees to provide the CSEA 29 19 Chapter President (or his/her designee) up to a total of one thousand forty (1,040) 30 20 hours of release time per fiscal year to perform the collective business of the District 31 21 and the Association.
