CST. We make every effort for the property to be ready for your arrival at that time; however, much of that depends on the courtesy of our guests and the condition in which the property is left. Our housekeeping standards may require extra cleaning time which may delay check-in. We ask for your patience in the unfortunate event this happens on your check-in date. And we ask for your help in ensuring it does not happen to the guests who arrive after you! • Early Check-In is not available during busy seasons (spring and summer). We encourage you to enjoy our public beaches and local shops, restaurants and attractions if you arrive early. Early check-in MAY be available in other seasons or if the condo is empty before your arrival. Please ask by email several days in advance of your arrival day.
CST. A single payment submitted after the cut-off time on the designated process date will be processed on the next business day. If you designate a non-business date (generally weekends and certain holidays) as the payment’s processing date, the payment will be processed on the first business day following the designated processing date.
CST. Wires requests received after the applicable cutoff time on a business day will be treated as if they were received on the following business day. In executing any wire transfer request, we may utilize such means of transmission as we reasonably select. We may initiate wire transfer requests in any order convenient to us.
CST. Except for the provision in paragraph #5, maintenance run-ups will not be authorized during quite hours, 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. CST.
CST. If your request for an A2A transfer is received by FNCU on a day that is not a Business Day or on a Business Day after the established cut-off hour, we will not process your request until the next Business Day.
CST. If at any time Cargill withholds payments to Producer or Producer provides alternative security to Cargill in accordance with the immediately preceding sentence and, on any date thereafter, the Net Aggregate Exposure is zero or negative, then Cargill shall, within two (2) Business Days of Cargill’s receipt of Producer’s written notice that the Net Aggregate Exposure is zero or negative if such written notice is received by 10:00 a.m. CST or within three (3) Business Days of Cargill’s receipt of Producer’s written notice that the Net Aggregate Exposure is zero or negative if such written notice is received after 10:00 a.m. CST, return any such alternative security to Producer or pay to Producer any such payments withheld to the extent such return of security or payment of withheld payments will not cause the Net Aggregate Exposure to be positive.
CST. To avoid possible NSF or overdraft fees, please be sure to make your transfers before the cut-off time.
CST. Customer agrees that it shall utilize all commercially reasonable efforts to purchased and install equipment for the electronic transfer of loading and inventory data to Provista on a continuous basis.
CST. Any transfer initiated after 6:00 p.m. CST or on a non business day, will be posted on the next business day.
CST. If the pricing file cannot be transmitted to the Fund's transfer agent by 5:30 p.m. CST same day, NORTHERN TRUST will call the Fund's transfer agent pricing pager; and
