Early Check. In: Residents must abide by the appointed schedule for arrival. Early arrivals will be limited to those student leaders designated essential to college activities in advance of the official opening, athletes participating in preseason training camps, and international students with prior permission from the international student advisor. No other residents are typically permitted to arrive before the official posted opening date. If an early arrival is deemed necessary and approved, the early arrival will be charged the daily housing rate ($30 per day) in addition to semester room charges.

Early Check. In/Late Checkout; Reservation Termination. Stepping foot on the Property before the check-in time on the Reservation is prohibited and is considered an early check-in. Remaining on or returning to the Property after the check-out time of the Reservation is prohibited and considered a late check-out. Early check-in or late check-out is allowed only if express written consent is granted by KINGLY. (If permission is granted additional fees may apply.)

After Hours Check-In / Check-Out: Any check-ins/check-outs, made before 8:00 am or after 9:00 pm, will incur an additional $25 fee, due and payable upon arrival/departure. Default: Any failure by Guest or any other Occupants to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement may result in a forfeiture of your deposit, rights to rent the Property, and immediate eviction without refund. Maintenance Issues & Property Conditions: The Property is provided in AS-IS condition. Owner/Agent shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the Property, such as phone or internet service, air conditioning, TVs, electronics, cable, and jetted tub as applicable. Owner/Agent shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but we will make every effort to correct any issues reported as quickly as possible. We provide an initial supply of tissue, toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap, laundry, dish detergent, clean bed linens, and towels. We do not replenish products during your stay. Early Check. In: If new tenants are requesting to occupy the apartment earlier than stated check-in date (permitting apartment is available and ready for occupancy), tenants will be charged an additional $45.00 per day. F. If you are living on campus for the summer term, it is important that you understand that your fall financial aid CANNOT pay your summer balances. Any summer balance from classes or housing will have to be paid before fall classes start or your fall classes will be dropped. Summer financial aid is limited, so if you are not sure if you will receive summer aid or how much please contact the Financial Aid office at 970-351-4UNC, option 1.
