CTKL must, if it intends to do any maintenance which may materially adversely affect the Internet Data Centre Service, notify the Customer: (a) in the case of Scheduled Maintenance, in writing at least fourteen (14) days in advance; and (b) in the case of Emergency Maintenance, by the best available means as soon as reasonably practicable.
