Common use of Cultural Resource Recording Clause in Contracts

If new cultural resources are discovered during the Identification and Evaluation 354 phase, a National Forest Service Cultural Resource Record (NFS CRR) shall be 355 completed and submitted to the Alaska Heritage Resources Survey Coordinator 356 for entry into the Alaska Heritage Resources Survey (AHRS) database and the 357 cultural resource information will be updated in the National Forest Service 358 Database (NFS DB). 359 ii. If previously known cultural resources are monitored, an updated NFS CRR form 360 shall be completed and submitted to the Alaska Heritage Resources Survey 361 Coordinator for entry into the AHRS database and the cultural resource 362 information will be updated in NFS DB. 363 d.
