CUPE Representative Access to Premises. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing with the Region who shall have access to the Region's premises in order to investigate or assist in a settlement of any matter arising out of this Agreement upon the provision of advanced notice.
