Common use of CURewards Program Clause in Contracts

CURewards Program. Earn 1 point for every net $1 spent which can be redeemed for merchandise and travel. Program points cannot be transferred from one account to another. Points from multiple accounts cannot be added together. Points cannot be transferred to any other credit card with DCCU. Points have three (3) year expiration that will be determined on a first in first out basis. Points expiring during the year will be cleared from your account on December 31 of that year. All points earned that are not used prior to expiration will be forfeited. Maximum number of points earned cannot exceed 75,000 per calendar year.
