Currency Conversion After Maturity. At any time following the occurrence of an Event of Default and the acceleration of the maturity of the Obligations owed to the Lenders hereunder, the Lenders shall be entitled to convert, with two (2) Business Days’ prior notice to the Borrower, any and all or any part of the then unpaid and outstanding Advances denominated in a Foreign Currency into Advances denominated in Dollars. Any such conversion shall be calculated so that the principal amount of the resulting Advances shall be the Dollar Amount of the principal amount of the Advance being converted on the date of conversion. Any accrued and unpaid interest denominated in such Foreign Currency at the time of any such conversion shall be similarly converted to Dollars, and such converted Advances and accrued and unpaid interest thereon shall thereafter bear interest in accordance with the terms hereof.

Any such conversion shall be calculated so that the resulting Canadian Prime Loans shall be the equivalent on the date of conversion of the amount of Dollars so converted. Any accrued and unpaid interest denominated in Dollars at the time of any such conversion shall be similarly converted to Canadian Dollars, and such Canadian Prime Loans and accrued and unpaid interest thereon shall thereafter bear interest in accordance with the terms hereof.
Currency Conversion After Maturity. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, on the date that there has been an acceleration of the maturity of the Obligations or a termination of the obligations of the Lenders to make Advances hereunder or of the obligations of the Issuing Lenders to issue, increase, or extend Letters of Credit hereunder, in any case, as a result of any Event of Default, all Advances and all other Obligations denominated in any Foreign Currency shall be converted into, and all such amounts due thereunder shall accrue and be payable in, Dollars at the Exchange Rate on such date. From and after such date, all Advances shall be denominated only in, and all fees due under this Agreement shall be payable in, Dollars.
Currency Conversion After Maturity. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, on the date that there has been an acceleration of the maturity of the Obligations or a termination of the obligations of the Lenders to make Credit Extensions hereunder as a result of any Event of Default, (i) the Commitments shall automatically and without further act be terminated; (ii) all Advances and all other Obligations under the US Facility denominated in any Foreign Currency (including C$) shall be converted into, and all such amounts due thereunder shall accrue and be payable in, Dollars at the Exchange Rate on such date; (iii) all Advances and all other Obligations under the Canadian Facility denominated in Dollars shall be converted into, and all such amounts due thereunder shall accrue and be payable in, Canadian Dollars at the Exchange Rate on such date; and (iv) on and after such date the interest rate applicable to all such Obligations shall be the default rate applicable to overdue Base Rate Advances hereunder. From and after such date, all Advances under the US Facility shall be denominated only in, and all fees due under this Agreement under the US Facility shall be payable in, Dollars and all Advances under the Canadian Facility shall be denominated only in, and all fees due under this Agreement under the Canadian Facility shall be payable in, Canadian Dollars.

All or any part of outstanding Revolving Credit Loans of any Type may be converted into a Revolving Credit Loan of another Type as provided herein, provided that any partial conversion shall be in an aggregate principal amount of $250,000 or a whole multiple thereof.
