Boundary Line Fires Both Parties shall have responsibility for Initial Attack in the case of a Boundary Line Fire. Neither Party will assume the other is aware of the fire, or is taking action. The officer-in-charge who arrives first at the boundary line fire will act as Incident Commander. When both Parties have arrived, they will mutually agree to the designation of the Incident Commander or the initiation of a Unified Command Structure.
Crossing Picket Lines The Company will not expect an employee to cross a picket line, including a picket line at a customer site, if to do so would place the employee's life, limb or personal property in jeopardy.
Crossing of Picket Lines 15 Employees in the bargaining unit, while acting in the course of their employment, 16 shall not refuse to cross any picket line established by any labor organization when called 17 upon to cross such picket line in the line of duty. ISP-Bound Traffic 7.3.6.1 The Parties agree that ISP-bound traffic is Interstate traffic and governed by the FCC’s Order on Remand and Report and Order (Intercarrier Compensation for ISP-bound Traffic) CC Docket 01-131 (FCC ISP Order), effective June 14, 2001. However, the Parties agree to exchange ISP-bound traffic utilizing the xxxx and keep compensation mechanism. Xxxx and keep will apply to both end office call termination and tandem switched transport of ISP-bound traffic.

TTOCs CONDUCTING UNION BUSINESS 1. Where a TTOC is authorized by the local union or BCTF to conduct union business during the work week, the TTOC shall be paid by the employer according to the collective agreement.

BellSouth shall provide access to the OSS through manual and/or electronic interfaces as described in this Attachment. It is the sole responsibility of Max-Tel to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Max-Tel ’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic Version R4Q01: 12/01/01 interfaces are set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and are incorporated herein by reference.
