Common use of Current PPV License Period Clause in Contracts

Current PPV License Period. “Current PPV License Period” shall mean, for an Included Program, a period commencing on such Included Program’s Current PPV Availability Date and ending on a date established by Licensor in its discretion; provided, however, that such period shall end no earlier than the date 60 days after the Current PPV Availability Date; provided further that in no event shall such Current PPV License Period end earlier than the latest expiring Pay-Per-View and/or Video-On-Demand license period afforded to any Other Provider.
