Curriculum Development. 11.1 The Board and the Association agree to involve teachers in development, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum. Teachers shall be nominated by the Superintendent or his/her designee with the Association's approval. 11.2 The curriculum hourly rate of payment will be based on the beginning BA salary. 11.3 New programs approved by the Board may be preceded by in-service education of teachers as provided by the Department of Learning Services.
